Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Issa AdamMr. Issah Adam is the Chief Executive Officer of GN Bank, a role which he assumed at the beginning of 2016. He had previously served as the General Manager, Finance, and Administration since 2012. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana, and Nigeria. He also holds a BSc. Administration, Accounts Option, Degree from the University of Ghana. With more than twenty (20) years post qualification experience, he was the Finance Director of Unilever Ghana Plantations, a role he held for close to four years. Prior to that appointment, he also held the positions of Group Finance Manager and Commercial Manager - Foods and Personal Care in the FMCG business. In addition, Issah worked at Unilever Ghana as Group Audit Manager, where he had the opportunity to work in different parts of the Africa Region.


General Manager for Finance & Administration

Samson was most recently the Head of Accounts at GN Bank /First National Savings and Loans. Prior to joining GN Bank /First National Savings and Loans, he was the Manager, Finance and Treasury at Crest Finance House Limited.  He was the Senior Internal Auditor at Ejura -Sekyere District Assembly. He worked with Asutifi and North Tongu Rural Banks as the Operations Manager and Assistant Manager respectively.  He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. Samson also has MBA, Finance, and Accounting.



General Manager, Remittances & Diaspora Services

Hilda Malm has a very rich and vast experience in Banking & Finance and Relationship Management having worked in the industry for over 30 years.  As a pioneer staff of United Bank of Africa Ghana Limited (UBA), she worked in the Project Office as the Accounts Manager. Over time, she worked in varying positions in the bank as a Profit Center Manager, Branch Manager and as the Head, Corporate Services where she had oversight responsibilities for Branch Roll-Out, Protocol & Transport, Maintenance, Procurement & Central Stores, Security, and Events Management. Hilda joined GN Bank in 2012 and until her promotion, she was the Head, Remittances and Diaspora Services.

Hilda holds a Master of Arts Degree in Adult Education from the University of Ghana and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Studies from the University of Cape Coast.


General Manager, Centralized Operations

Allen QuayeMr. Allen Quaye, comes into the role with an MBA (Marketing) from the University of Ghana Business School and a postgraduate diploma from Leicester University. Prior to joining GN Bank, he was the head, Sales Coordination at Bank Of Africa (BOA). While at BOA, he held several roles which include Head, Retail Banking, Head, Marketing and Corporate Affairs. Allen also headed several project teams. He also worked at Standard Chartered Bank and Fidelity Bank where he was the Head of Sales at the time of leaving. His banking career began with the Standard Chartered Bank in 2001, then to Fidelity Bank and Bank Of Africa. He has had working experience with Unilever Ghana Limited and Millicom Ghana Limited.




General Manager, Micro Enterprise Business

ZenobiaZenobia M. Amo-Hoyte has been with GN bank since June 2007. She has climbed the corporate ladder through her tremendous experience and expertise in auditing, Banking Operations and Risk management to become General Manager for Micro Enterprise Business (MEB).

She holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Ho Polytechnic and is also a member of ACCA, and before joining GN Bank had working experiences with Deloitte and Touche, and with Pannel Ker Foster as an audit trainer. Due to her passion for Micro Finance, she opted for a Master's degree in Sustainable Development in the USA (Vermont) at SIT (School for International Training). Afterwards, Zenobia joined First National Savings and Loans as an Agency Manager in Makola in June 2007.

Zenobia has been being in branch management from 2007 to 2012 (Makola and North Ridge branches), and joined Internal Audit as the only female staff in the department. She is simple, hardworking, smart, and has no compromise regarding respect for integrity.  In November 2017, she was promoted to be a General Manager of MEB.

This new role has naturally realigned her with her zeal and passion for delivering financial service to the ordinary people.
